Ballot to be completed only by those who are voting members in good standing who will not be attending Friday’s Annual Meeting.  Ballots must be returned to info@sfpa.com with ELECTION in the subject line and must be received by midnight, Thursday, October 22, 2015.

•          Ian Elkus respectfully declines his nomination for Vice-President and will not be seeking 2016 office.

•          Arlene Soulette respectfully declines her nomination for Director-At-Large and will not be seeking 2016 office.

•          Thomas Farrell respectfully declines his nomination for Vice-President as he is seeking election as 2016 Treasurer.

 

•     Sarah Herbert respectfully declines her nominations for President and Secretary but will be seeking 2016 office in the capacity of Director-At-Large.
