Voting Membership - $85.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments A Voting Member of SFPA must be a paralegal fully compliant with the laws set forth in California Business and Professions Code: §6450. Voting Members have the right to vote in all matters brought before the membership of SFPA and may hold office.

Associate Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments (non-voting) Open to any person who has recently graduated from a formal course of study, upon the completion of which such person is qualified to be employed as a paralegal; any person whose primary responsibilities and job classification are not paralegal but does perform paralegal duties on a limited basis (full time paralegals do not qualify as Associate Members and must apply as Voting Members); any person previously employed as a paralegal or equivalent position, subject to approval of the Board and Member Services Committee.

Student Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments A student in a paralegal studies certification program or the equivalent.

Sustaining Membership - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments A legal service provider or the equivalent who supports the Association.

Firm Membership (10 members) - $555.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 10 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This membership level is at a discounted rate for people in the same firm. This membership level is limited to 10 people per firm and is good for MCLE classes only.

Firm Membership (5 members) - $300.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This membership level is at a discounted rate for people in the same firm. This membership level is limited to 5 people per firm and is good for MCLE classes only.
