Berkeley Law Professor John Steele will present an overview of the ethical issues involved in managing conflicts of interest with a focus on lawyers representing clients in the cannabis industry.
Session III: Hot Topics for Cannabis Lawyers & Clients
Local cannabis lawyers and clients will discuss the hottest topics facing both them and others looking to work with the cannabis industry, with a focus on lawyers who are curious about practicing in this space.
