The Jackson Courthouse has reopened for business.
Calaveras County
The San Andreas Courthouse is currently without power.
El Dorado County
The Placerville Main Street Branch located at 495 Main Street, Placerville, CA 95667 will be closed to the public from Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1.
• Department 1 and 2: Matters calendared Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1 will be heard in Department 9 at the Cameron Park Branch located at 3321 Cameron Park Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682
• Department 5: Matters calendared Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1 will be heard in the Hearing Room on the main level of Building C at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667
• Self-Help Center: From Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1, services will be provided at the Front Counter on the main level of Building C at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667
Humboldt County
Power has been restored to the Eureka Courthouse and normal court services are available until further notice.
Marin County (see notice)
Due to the power outage – payment of fees cannot be accepted in the clerk’s offices.
All Civil case hearings will be continued (to a future date) and the Court will notice parties by telephone and by mail.
All Family Law case hearings will be continued, except Domestic Violence case hearings. The Court will notice parties by telephone and by mail.
Any Civil or Family Law ex parte matters and Domestic Violence Restraining Order hearings will be heard in Courtroom G.
If vCourt appearances were scheduled, the vCourt appearance will be continued to the new hearing date.
Tentative rulings will be posted with notice for parties to appear on Friday.
CRIMINAL MATTERS CALENDARED – All matters scheduled will be heard in Courtroom F. In-custody cases will be called at the jail.
JURY SERVICES: All prospective jurors scheduled to appear this week, October 29 through November 1, do not need to appear and are excused.
TRAFFIC: Traffic matters scheduled for October 30 will be continued and the Court will notice parties by telephone and by mail.
LEGAL SELF HELP SERVICES: The staff of Legal Self Help Services can only provide assistance with Restraining Orders and Answers in Unlawful Detainer cases.
Mendocino County
Both Ukiah and Fort Bragg courthouses will be closed on Tuesday, October 29.

- Jurors in groups 100, 101, and 300 originally summoned to appear on Tuesday, October 29 have been rescheduled to appear Thursday, October 31 at 8:30a.m.
- Jurors in group “0” originally summoned to appear on Tuesday, October 29 have been rescheduled to appear Thursday, October 31 at 1:00p.m.
- Jurors in group 100 originally summoned to appear on Wednesday, October 30 have been rescheduled to appear Thursday, October 31 at 8:30a.m.
Solano County

VALLEJO COURTHOUSE RE-OPENS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2019
Power has been restored to the Vallejo Courthouse and that location has been removed from the PG&E PSPS map. No outages are planned or expected for that location.
Court operations for Departments 2, 15 and 21 and the Criminal/Traffic Clerk’s Office will resume normal operations starting Wednesday, October 30 at the Vallejo Courthouse.
Department 7 will continue with jury selection for an on-going trial at the Fairfield Courthouse on Wednesday, October 30.

The Criminal and Traffic Division Clerk’s Office is closed in Vallejo. All Clerk’s Offices are open in Fairfield.

Sonoma County
Court Closure October 29, 2019
The Sonoma County Superior Court (the Court) will be closed for regular business tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29. The Court’s facilities are located in the mandatory evacuation zone and the Court is closing for the safety of the public and its employees.
All jurors are excused from reporting on Tuesday, October 29. All jurors should check the Court’s website on Tuesday, October 28 after 5:00 p.m. for their Wednesday, October 30 reporting status.
All hearings scheduled for Tuesday, October 29, 2019 will be rescheduled for a later date.
During this closure, the Court is making arrangements to have all emergency ex parte applications and emergency requests for temporary restraining orders heard, starting at 10:00 a.m., at the Petaluma Courthouse located at 11 English Street in Petaluma. The Petaluma Clerk’s Office will be staffed from 10:00 a.m.to 3:30 p.m.for these matters only. Please check this page for updates on where emergency matters will be heard.
All Court users are advised to check this page on Tuesday evening for updates regarding the Court’s status for Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

Lake County
Clearlake Courthouse will be closed until power is restored to the building.
