Counties announce full and partial closures due to power outages and wildfire evacuations.
Amador County
The Jackson Courthouse is currently without power.
Calaveras County
The San Adreas Courthouse is currently without power.
El Dorado County
The Placerville Main Street Branch located at 495 Main Street, Placerville, CA 95667 will be closed to the public from Monday, October 28, 2019, through Friday, November 1, 2019
• Department 1 and 2: Matters calendared Monday, October 28, 2019, through Friday, November 1, 2019, will be heard in Department 9 at the Cameron Park Branch located at 3321 Cameron Park Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682
• Department 5: Matters calendared Monday, October 28, 2019, through Friday, November 1, 2019, will be heard in the Hearing Room on the main level of Building C at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667
• Self-Help Center: From Monday, October 28, 2019, through Friday, November 1, 2019, services will be provided at the Front Counter on the main level of Building C at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667
Humboldt County
The Eureka Courthouse is currently without power and limited services are available.
Marin County
As of October 27th at 9:10 PM, Marin County Superior Court will be open Monday, October 28th during business hours with limited services.
Mendocino County
Both Ukiah and Fort Bragg courthouses will be closed on Monday, October 28.
Napa County
No facility closures or service impacts this week.
Nevada County
The court will be closed for Monday, October 28.
Solano County
Due to power outage, the Vallejo Courthouse is closed today, Monday, October 28, 2019.
All matters will be heard at the Fairfield Courthouse:
Department 7 – Courtroom 305 in the Hall of Justice
Department 15 – Courtroom 203 in the Hall of Justice
Department 21 – Courtroom 307 in the Hall of Justice
The Criminal and Traffic Division Clerk’s Office is closed in Vallejo. All Clerk’s Offices are open in Fairfield.

Due to power outage, the Vallejo Courthouse is closed Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
All matters will be heard at the Fairfield Courthouse:
Department 7 – Courtroom 305 in the Hall of Justice
Department 15 – Courtroom 203 in the Hall of Justice
Department 21 – Courtroom 204 in the Law and Justice
Department 10 – Courtroom 3 in the Old Courthouse – Unlawful Detainer matters scheduled at the Vallejo Courthouse
The Criminal and Traffic Division Clerk’s Office is closed in Vallejo. All Clerk’s Offices are open in Fairfield.
Sonoma County
The Sonoma County Superior Court (the Court) will be closed for regular business tomorrow, Monday, October 28, 2019. The Court’s facilities are located in the mandatory evacuation zone and the Court is closing for the safety of the public and its employees.
All jurors are excused from reporting on Monday, October 28, 2019. All jurors should check the Court’s website on Monday, October 28, 2019 after 5:00 p.m. for their Tuesday, October 29, 2019 reporting status.
All hearings scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019 will be rescheduled for a later date.
During this closure, the Court is making arrangements to have all emergency ex parte applications and emergency requests for temporary restraining orders heard, starting at 10:00 a.m., at the Petaluma Courthouse located at 11 English Street in Petaluma. Please check this page for updates on where emergency matters will be heard.

Lake County
Clearlake Courthouse will be closed until power is restored to the building.
Lakeport Court offices will be open and courtroom calendars will be held as scheduled.

Santa Clara County
The South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill will be temporarily closed on October 28, 2019 due to a public safety power shutoff scheduled by the utility company.
Department 105
9:00am Preliminary Hearing calendar will be continued to 11/4/19 at 9am D105
9:02am Violation of Probation calendar for defendants out of custody will be continued to 11/18/19 @ 9:02am D105. Defendants in custody will be heard in Department 53 at the Hall of Justice at 9am.
1:30pm Pretrial calendar will be continued to 11/25/19 @ 1:30pm D105
1:31pm In-custody Arraignment calendar will be moved to Department 53 at the Hall of Justice in San Jose. (190 W. Hedding Street, San Jose)
