This panel will discuss the legal challenges in valuing cannabis companies and the regulatory obstacles in selling cannabis businesses. Panelists will focus on contractual terms of investment, hidden factors impacting cannabis business valuation calculations, and mitigating those factors through contract. These business lawyers will also use the life cycle of cannabis business startups to examine how different financing instruments work in the different investment rounds.
