This seminar will provide attorneys with an understanding of the often-convoluted world of equity compensation so that they can better serve their employee and company clients and provide competent guidance with respect to matters involving equity compensation, such as advising employees on offer letters or equity packages, valuing equity in an employment case, and advising companies with respect to executive compensation and issuance of equity to employees, consultants, and other service providers.
