Justice Bamattre Manoukian will moderate a panel discussion with Presiding Justice Greenwood and Justices Mihara, Grover and Danner. The justices will talk about how to succeed as an appellate practitioner, including:

• What fundamentals of the practice remain bedrock?  
• What has changed with the addition of new Justices?  
• What procedural changes will impact the adjudication of writs and appeals in the Sixth District that are not visible from outside the Court?  
• What aspirations do we have for the future?

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask the Justices questions. An opportunity for a more informal exchange to meet and talk with the Justices will be available over lunch.
