Come hear judges, other facilitators, and an author of the program rules discuss common issues faced by Discovery Facilitators.

Judge Austin, Jay Chafetz, Larry Cook and Phil Andersen will all be talking about best practices and tips & tricks for volunteering as a Discovery Facilitator.

This program is specifically designed for discovery facilitators rather than litigants subject to the program (although all are welcome to attend), and will involve a review of the relevant Rules of Court, comments by judges, and discussion by experienced facilitators.
