This program will provide insight on topics essential to a successful mediation with a primary focus on mediating personal injury cases. The topics will cover: Why and When to Mediate; The Purpose of Mediation; Ground Rules; How to Prepare; Selecting a Mediator; Mediation Brief; What and Who to Bring to Mediation; Mediation Strategy and Dynamics; Win-Win End Game.
Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.

Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.
