Every participant will have the knowledge, skills, and professional awareness necessary to participate in an interdisciplinary Collaborative Process.
- Learn what sets Collaborative Practice apart from other ADR models/ settlement conference
- Learn the structure of the Collaborative process
- Learn how to engage clients in the process
- Understand both planning and post mortem professional roles
- Understand how a Collaborative Team can work effectively with clients and each other to help families resolve conflicts and build better relationships.
- Be able to explain the process to others
- Explore the values, attitudes, and beliefs of Collaborative practitioners
- Learn the ethics connected with Collaborative Practice
- Become familiar with CP Protocols and how to use them in a case

Cost includes lunch each day as well as materials, demonstrations, interactive exercises, and new tools to begin practicing.
