Every participant will have the knowledge, skills, and professional awareness necessary to participate in an interdisciplinary Collaborative Process.

  • Learn what sets Collaborative Practice apart from other ADR models/ settlement conference
  • Learn the structure of the Collaborative process
  • Learn how to engage clients in the process
  • Understand both planning and post mortem professional roles
  • Understand how a Collaborative Team can work effectively with clients and each other to help families resolve conflicts and build better relationships.
  • Be able to explain the process to others
  • Explore the values, attitudes, and beliefs of Collaborative practitioners
  • Learn the ethics connected with Collaborative Practice
  • Become familiar with CP Protocols and how to use them in a case

Cost includes lunch each day as well as materials, demonstrations, interactive exercises, and new tools to begin practicing.
