The presentation will discuss applicable code sections and the timelines and common problems experienced in obtaining records in a timely manner. We will also discuss the proper way to obtain records from out of state and common problems experienced in doing so. The primary goal is to give an in in-depth view of the entire process of obtaining documents from third party witnesses during the discovery phase of your cases.
