Commercial litigation finance is becoming more and more common in many types of litigation. Come learn from representatives of some of the leading commercial litigation funders as well as from lawyers who have represented and opposed parties supported by litigation funders.

- A brief intro to commercial litigation funding - what it is, how it works, etc.
- How to protect privileged and or work-product protected information from being discoverable when working with a funder
- How to navigate the rules prohibiting the representation of adverse interests in funding arrangements
- How to avoid the prohibition against financial arrangements with non-lawyers
- Discussion about issues surrounding disclosure of litigation financing and whether it is required
