How to Properly Prepare a Certificate of Independent Review
Learn the necessary steps to cultivating and executing a comprehensive Certificate of Independent Review (CIR) development plan. Just as importantly, you will learn to weigh the execution of a CIR against a high-likelihood of your involvement in future litigation. Unhappy, displaced beneficiaries contesting a change in testamentary transfers all but assures your previous representation will be challenged in future proceedings.
Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.

Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.
