Learn which Judicial Council forms are required for the following different types of judgment packets:
- Paternity
- Default Judgment without an agreement
- Default Judgment with an agreement
- Uncontested FC 2336 Judgment
- Status Only Judgment
Obtain clear instruction on how to properly complete the Judicial Council forms required for each type of judgment packet.
Acquire tips as to how to draft language for child custody, spousal support, and child support orders that satisfies statutory requirements.
Receive a step-by-step guide on how to properly assemble a judgment packet for submission to the judgment clerk of the court.
The program shall be of benefit to family law attorneys, paralegals, legal document assistants, and administrative staff.
