We are at a crucial moment in the conversation about criminal justice reform and the role of the prosecutor. As the United States Department of Justice abandons criminal justice reform at the federal level, a wave of reform-minded prosecutors have vowed to end their offices’ roles in fueling mass incarceration.
This CLE will focus on the possibilities and challenges posed by criminal justice reform for attorneys at the forefront of recent efforts in this area—from DA’s and AG’s Offices to nonprofits and philanthropy.
