This is an interactive presentation with hypotheticals and several important take away items Lawyers, Law Firms and Judges need to know. We address what lawyers need to advise their clients, what law firms should be wary about, and what Judges, who may or may not be familiar with employment laws, might consider.
Jessica A. Braverman, Esq. owner of the California Employment Law Training Center, a division of Braverman Mediation and Consulting in Pleasant Hill. Ms. Braverman provides preventative human resource and employment law advice, training and coaching/development. She also offers work place conflict mediation. Jessica is a former President of the CCCBA Employment Law Section.
JoAnna Brooks, Shareholder at Littler Mendelson, P.C. JoAnna regularly advises employers on best practices concerning prevention of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. JoAnna serves as a Board member for the CCCBA Employment Law Section.
