Humphreys Case, 1275, and Other Bail Issues
Monday, May 21, 11:45 am – 1:15 pm
Major changes are happening regarding how bail is handled in our courts. All attorneys that practice in the criminal law field must be informed and updated on these changes to provide competent representation to their clients. Sample motions and materials will be given out.
Justin Aguilera is Director of Bad Boys Bail Bonds Inc., a licensed bail agent and a MCLE provider who oversees over 200 employees and also specializes in 1275 PC hearings.
Ashley Bargenquast is a 3rd year associate at Tully & Weiss who has both a criminal and cannabis compliance practice.
