Ms. Dawson is a CPA and owner of Dawson CPA Firm. She has been providing litigation support and tax services since 1991 and has worked in the accounting industry since 1981. Ms. Dawson earned an array of degrees, certifications, and accreditations pertinent to her focus in the accounting profession, including her Masters of Taxation degree from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Sonoma State University. Other professional experience includes authoring articles for professional publications, as well as speaking engagements for various accounting and legal organizations. Ms. Dawson also enjoys participating in many civic, community and not-for-profit activities.

Darlene has over 30 years of experience as an accountant and has worked in public accounting since 1993. With an office in Santa Rosa, her practice is focused on providing forensic accounting analysis and services, with an emphasis on family law matters. In additional to her certification as a CPA, she is accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA.
