SLAPP and Anti-SLAPP Motions in the Context of Real Property/Landlord-Tenant Litigation
This class is an introduction to the fundamental concepts behind California's SLAPP Law and Anti-SLAPP motions, and the SLAPP issues which usually arise in real estate litigation, particularly in landlord-tenant litigation. Judge Hernandez will also speak about problems and experiences from the bench pertaining to this topic.
