The Business of Marijuana; Corporate and Criminal Concerns for Cannabis Businesses
Please join the ACBA for a program on cannabis businesses in California. Panelists will discuss the following topics:
- History of cannabis regulations, and current state of California's cannabis industry
- Forming business entities for for-pro t cannabis companies, ancillary service providers, and
funds seeking to invest in the cannabis industry
- Criminal exposure for cannabis-related activity for individuals and businesses under state and
federal law
Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.

Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.
