Growing Probate and Elder Issue Mediation
Please join EBTEL and the ACBA on February 2nd for an all-day mediation training. Join Jim Melamed, long-time mediator and founder and CEO of Mediate.com, for consideration of how we can grow and elevate probate and elder issue mediation. In addition to practice and policy considerations, Jim will review strategic approaches and his favorite techniques for assisting participants to agree.
The Alameda County Probate Court will be updating its list of probate mediators for the first time in many years. The Alameda County Probate Court typically updates its list of probate mediators every several years, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. If you have any interest in becoming a probate mediator on the list, this course is a great start!
