Speakers
Denise Hulett, National Senior Counsel at MALDEF
Ms. Hulett has been litigating civil rights cases for over 30 years in the areas of voting rights, immigrant rights and employment discrimination. As MALDEF's National Senior Counsel, she litigates in several states, primarily in the area of voting rights and immigrant rights.
Claudia Center, Senior Staff Attorney, Disability Rights, ACLU Foundation
Ms. Center is a Senior Staff Attorney in the Disability Rights Program of the national ACLU Foundation. She litigates cases that increase civil rights and civil liberties for persons with disabilities, and is actively involved in legislative, amicus, and appellate work.
Michael Nunez, Associate at Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP
Mr. Nunez works on complex litigation and prelitigation matters, including class actions, with a particular focus on ensuring that people with disabilities obtain equal access to government services, technology, transportation, and public accommodations.
