IP Year in Review
On January 22, 2018, the Santa Clara County Bar Association's High Technology Section will host its annual Intellectual Property Year in Review. Come and hear an update from the Director of the Silicon Valley USPTO, John Cabeca, on the activities of our regional USPTO office, located at City Hall in San Jose. The seminar will feature speakers on three areas of IP law: patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Speakers will survey key intellectual property cases and other developments in intellectual property law during 2017, discuss their impacts, and share insights for practitioners. The event will begin at 12 PM at the San Jose office of Hopkins & Carley. Lunch will be provided by the firm.
