Update on National Labor Relations Board Practice
The National Labor Relations Act is federal labor law covering employees and employers nationwide in the private sector. In recent years the National Labor Relations Board has changed procedures and created new standards to protect the rights of employees in the workplace. With a new Administration in Washington, DC and appointments to follow, there are areas targeted for change. This program will address some of the hot topics and areas where practitioners may anticipate activity in NLRB practice.
