Electronic Real Estate Transactions - What Works? What Doesn't?
This lunchtime seminar will review the rise of electronic real estate transactions and include discussion of the pros and cons to such transactions; a review of the service providers in the industry; and what real estate professionals can anticipate in the future.

Eric Song is a residential and commercial real estate broker working in the San Francisco Bay Area and has transacted a volume of sales through utilizing electronic providers. In a day and age where often buyer and seller never meet, the electronic sales transaction presents novel questions for its participants their representatives, all of which will be considered at this seminar.

Kevin Martin is a practicing attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area with over 20 years experience handling real estate transaction and litigation matters for his clients. Mr. Martin has experience with electronic transaction issues and will provide a legal perspective to the discussion.
