Paralegals in real estate and California real estate agents share a common professional vocation. Yet, the educational requirements for entry into their respective fields vary greatly. The two professions share two common elements: the California Business and Professions Code and contract law. Often the paralegal steps into the legal case after the agent has stepped out of the original transaction. Paralegal professionals wish to know, what legal training or appreciation of the law does the average California real estate agent possess?
