Lisa S. Hutton is a Professor and serves as the Associate Dean of JFK University's College of Law. In addition, Lisa runs the undergraduate BA in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certificate Programs, both approved by the American Bar Association. Prior to working in academia Lisa practiced insurance defense litigation with Rankin, Sproat, Mires, Beaty & Reynolds in Oakland, CA.

Monterey Chicken Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast topped with melted jack cheese, avocado and tomatoes, on a sourdough roll, with pesto mayonnaise. Served with curly fries.
Prime Rib French Dip
A full half a pound of slow roasted prime rib sliced thin and piled high. Served on a fresh baked sourdough roll with au jus and French fries. Our homemade creamed horseradish served on request.
Caesar Salad with Shrimp
(Romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, garlic, fresh parmesan cheese, shrimp, hard boiled eggs, black olives, and croutons.)
