Current Alameda County Superior Court Judge Gregory Syren will moderate our expert panel, including Superior Court Judge Stuart Hing, Deputy District Attorney Keydon Levy and private defense attorney Louis Goodman. Our panel will discuss best practices for criminal case arraignments of misdemeanors and felonies. Issues covered will include bail and custody issues, demurrers, the first court dates, continuances, arrest and bench warrants, and more.
