Under the Trump Administration, H-1B petitions are being more heavily scrutinized. The panelists will provide practical tips for preparing cases for success by looking at recent adjudication trends and common requests for evidence (RFEs) from USCIS. The panelists will discuss pre-filing strategies and ways to get Requests for Evidence approved. Other topics include the impact of unlawful presence memos on H-1B petitions, special issues that arise for start-ups and small employers, and selecting the occupational classification code.
