What should advocates and mediators do when bias manifests in mediation?  Implicit bias inevitably manifests in negotiations and in particular, in mediated negotiations, possibly because these are protected communications. Join two mediators for an interactive discussion of how bias manifests, how mediators and advocates respond, and whether new Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4.1 may change the dynamic.
